The skates also have a considerable gap between the third and fourth skate wheel to allow the goalies leg pad straps to be positioned so that they don't interfere with the wheels. The G7 skates also have a Full motion heel which provides goalies with excellent mobility with side to side power and flexibility which is a must in the goalie world.
